Only Takes 10 Minutes a Day!

Join this FREE 5 Day Challenge where I teach you to say, “IT’S OK TO TELL MY STORY!” so you can find out how to safely leave an abusive relationship, improve workplace environments and really enjoy HOW to Live, Laugh and Love after abuse!

This Challenge is created for individuals and business leaders. It's based upon my first fictional Book, "It's OK to Tell My Story, Surviving Common Law Domestic Violence". This novel discusses the relationship between childhood abandonment, domestic violence, sexual assault, workplace violence and how we interact with others as adults. THIS IS NOT A MALE BASHING BOOK!! It's full of action plans, checklists, resources and more.

During our 5 Days together, I will support you using quick 10 min videos inside a Private Facebook Community. This allows me to really get into deep conversations after and help you with solving that BIG problem which is keeping you from becoming a Kickass Survivor of Abuse, Involved Key Decision Maker or Trusted Friend/ Family member that wants what’s best for the person suffering; that you care so much about.

As your accountability partner, I will provide you with 1 quick, super simple, but effective daily Kickass Goals (Action Step) and Prizes i.e. bonuses, cash, coaching, and more... which will help bring you closer to Turn Domestic Violence into an Opportunity! And I don't just leave you with 5 Videos...I'll use Facebook Livestreams to share key points from my book such as warning signs, how to leave safely, how to report, what do to if you're an employer, friend, family and more.

Come join me as I inspire and motivate you with some real Kickass Awareness, Prevention and Intervention Strategies to help victims safely leave abusive relationships to re-build self-confidence, assertiveness and gain financial prosperity, watch as I motivate bystanders on how to safely assist friends, family and co-workers during the abuse cycle and listen as I guide key decision makers on how to  position as industry leaders within the community by working with their employee Team members. But most of all, come to learn how I help victims transition into saying I’m a Kickass Survivor and, “IT’S OK TO TELL MY STORY!”

Gwendolen Wilder

Published Author, Certified Business Strategist & Consultant

Hi I’m Gwendolen, a Certified Business Strategist and lover of all things writing, creating and business. I’ve had a journal in my hands since I was about 11 years old growing up on the dirt roads of North Carolina; which I believed actually primed my writing career...lol.

I’ve been coaching, counseling and consulting since I received my 3 degrees in Business Management, Social Services, and Psychology; Applied Behavioral Analysis while at the same time serving 21 honorable years in the United States Air Force…and a total of 30+ years if you include my first successful business after retirement where I was awarded a $5M joint venture government contract.

But, I'm most proud to say I'm a, "Kickass Survivor" of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. I survived a combined 20 years of abuse between 2 different relationships. And, with the right mix of Prayer, Support, MORE PRAYER and resources...I figured out how to Turn my "Hot Ass Mess" Abuse into an opportunity which led to increased Self-Confidence, More Assertiveness, A VOICE to TELL MY STORY and an abundance of chances to encourage my community i.e. business leaders, family and friends in helping them to take ownership in to STOP ABUSE!!

Before becoming a Published Author and Consultant for San Antonio Texas’ key corporate leaders…teaching and helping others craft their messages has always been apart of my life DNA and the more I work with my freak-n awesome readers, community, clients and 35K+ Facebook Followers…the more I appreciate helping business leaders understand from a survivor/business owner perspective; how abuse affects the company's bottom line. But, best of all I love giving value to help victims of abuse get rid of self-doubt and learn their dreams can come true using entrepreneurship.

But because I’m a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, and a believer in Christ; I’m extremely grateful and appreciative of each day and the opportunity to help others learn from my journey, resources, etc. In an effort to help them learn to tell their stories and build a successful business based off their “Hot Ass Mess” crisis as I say…lol I launched my Guest Speaking Opportunities and Coaching Programs.

I am 100% committed saying, “It's OK to Tell My Story!”, I’m super stoked to hear you say it and even more excited to show you inside my FREE 5 Day Challenge how to Tell Your Story to Become an Entrepreneur that Gives Community Value…which are the elements of becoming a Kickass Survivor!

It's OK to Tell My Story, Surviving Common Law Domestic Violence

Check Out What My Readers are Saying...

"..."I have read many articles and cases about domestic violence and have attended countless trainings. However, after reading " It's Ok To Tell My Story," I was able to live vicariously through the eyes of a true survivor who shared all her accounts of abuse. I cried, I laughed, and then I was angry. Once I completed the book, I felt a sense of calmness knowing that she made it out alive and is spending her time " telling her story" and combating domestic violence with the rest of the community. The piece of the book that I most enjoyed was learning about the helpful tips a bystander, friend or family member can help with if a loved one is experiencing abuse in their life...""

Linda Marie Canizales
Director of External Affairs & Volunteer Relations, Family Violence Prevention Services, Inc.

"“This book is revolutionary, a game changer that is altering lives of domestic violence victims in the AF one day at a time…”"

Jerome Ellis
Seymour Johnson AFB Family Advocacy Manager

""Having a friend in an abusive relationship, I often wondered "WHY"? Why does she stay? Why won't she leave? This book answered those questions for me. I never looked at it the way that things were presented in this book. It was an eye-opener. At times, it made me mad, angry, etc, but I kept on reading, but I must admit it was not due to the writing, but the situations. That question popped up again, "WHY"? To the author, thank you. Thank you for giving me a way to look at domestic abuse in another way. No, I still do not feel it is right, but I can look at things a bit differently now and understand the WHY question better than before...""

""I couldn't put this book down. It felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. I gained insight on how to respond if approached by a loved one in a similar situation.""
